Po’o Haku Hana – Project Coordinator

Reports to: Ho’aka Mana Na Kumu Pa’a
Effective Date: Upon Hire

Job Summary:
The Po’o Haku Hana or Project Coordinator, in close collaboration with the Alaka’i
(Project Coordinator Assistant), Ulana (Manager), Ho’aka Mana Na Kumu Pa’a (Admin
Team), and Kūkulu ‘Ike (Cultural Curriculum Specialist), will be responsible for
developing and executing the environmental scan & focus groups of stated services.
The project coordinator provides oversight and leadership for all efforts to the cultural
readiness & peer support group curriculum project.

Responsibilities will include updating the Ulana & Ho’aka Mana Na Kumu Pa’a weekly,
managing and directing the project coordinator assistant, managing budget and
reports, assisting the Ulana with ordering necessary project items, debriefing with the
team, and coordinating strategic team meetings.

They will focus on maintaining a robust and active collection of data and will
communicate effectively.

Alaka’i – Project Coordinator Assistant

Reports to: Po’o Haku Hana (Project Coordinator)
Effective Date: Upon Hire

Job Summary:
The Alaka’i (Project Coordinator Assistant), in close collaboration with the Po’o Haku
Hana, Ulana (Manager), Ho’aka Mana Na Kumu Pa’a (Admin Team), and Kūkulu ‘Ike
(Cultural Curriculum Specialist), will be responsible for assisting in developing and
executing the environmental scan & focus groups of stated services. The Alaka’i assists
in oversight and leadership for all efforts to the cultural readiness & peer support group
curriculum project.

Responsibilities will include updating the Na Kumu Pa’a & Ulana weekly, assisting with
focus groups, reporting, debriefing with the team, strategic team meetings and travel.

They will focus on maintaining a robust and active collection of data and will
communicate effectively.
