Participants 13 and older (under 18 requires a parent) will learn to make a Hōlua. If we have time we will ride the hōlua.

Sharing info on hōlua history, significance, moʻolelo, mea hōlua [akua / kanaka], traditional tools and materials, modern tools and materials, kālai parts, assemble and lashing techniques, pīkai/cleansing, give ʻinoa if desired, & the potential to ride ʻem
